I believe in developing the complete athlete through a science-driven approach. Each and every workout I prescribe to my athletes is intentionally designed to target the specific energy systems for their events and create the physiological adaptations needed to reach peak performance. I coach for long-term success, and my programs follow science-backed periodization and load management to ensure that YOU run your fastest when it counts. 

Because an athlete’s greatest ability is availability, injury prevention and recovery is woven into all my training. Having navigated preventable injuries myself, I utilize targeted prehab and low-impact cross-training to ensure my athletes stay on the track, not the sidelines.
