About Coach Isaac
My journey on the track began in the 7th grade, sparking a lifelong commitment to speed and performance. I was recruited to compete at the NCAA Division I level for UNC Asheville in the 400m. Following two seasons of D1 competition, I transitioned to UNC Pembroke, where I continue to compete and apply elite-level training principles to the track every day. I am currently pursuing a degree in exercise science, bridging the gap between athletic experience and scientific application. My academic foundation is backed by a USATF Level 1 coaching certification and specialized credentials in personal training, nutrition, and strength & conditioning. After running with the Charlotte Panthers for 7 years, I came back to help coach and continue to coach with them. I am dedicated to using this comprehensive background to provide athletes with evidence-based coaching and performance optimization.
